Our headquarters are located in Bagnolo in Piano. The site houses both the company’s production plant and its sales and management functions, as well as a cutting-edge Engineering Centre dedicated to the research and development of new products. It also contains a modern Spare Parts Centre for global logistics. Rooted in the local business community and innovation-oriented, it is the strategic and technological engine of our group.

The site has been in operation since 1996 and specialises in the production of lawnmowers and other wheeled products for use by hobbyists and professionals. It was chosen for its availability of skilled manpower, suitable infrastructure and just-in-time logistics setup. This investment has contributed to the expansion and strengthening of our solutions for the gardening sector, confirming the strategic worth of the project.

Well established on the market for several decades and part of the Group since 1999, Emak France distributes the Oleo-Mac and Staub brands across France through a far-reaching network of 1,200 retailers. It offers over 25 product families for gardening, forestry and agriculture. Based in Rixheim, it has been a leader in the French market for years, standing out for the quality of its products, its high level of service and its attention to customer satisfaction.

Founded in 1993 in Madrid, Emak España manages the distribution of the Oleo-Mac and Bertolini brands throughout Spain. With a comprehensive offering for gardening, agriculture and forestry, it focuses on reliability, performance and an increasingly efficient service thanks to a digitisation process begun in 2022. With over 30 years of experience, it is a reference point for both professionals and consumers.

Founded in the 1970s as a distributor of chains for chainsaws, Emak UK has gradually expanded its offering, gaining an outstanding reputation for products under the Efco, Oleo-Mac and Bertolini brands. Since 2002 it has benefited from modernised logistics facilities to manage a growing range and offer an efficient service. The company is strategically positioned in the heart of the Midlands.

Operating in Poland since 1989, Victus-Emak is currently one of the leading companies on the Polish market, with consolidated expertise in the gardening sector. Based in Poznań, it distributes a wide range of products under the Oleo-Mac brand and for private labels. Its success is the result of a solid and efficient organisation, targeted and continuously evolving strategies and the efforts of well-trained personnel.

Active since 1994 as a distributor of gardening equipment and spare parts, the company represents the Oleo-Mac and Bertolini brands, as well as other important brands of the group. It stands out for its broad and diversified offering, attentive after-sales service and strong market presence, strengths that have cemented its position as a stable and reliable authority in the sector.

We have maintained a presence in Brazil since 2012, initially in Curitiba and now in Ribeirão Preto. The site manages the distribution of Oleo-Mac products and other brands of the group throughout the country, offering a wide range of machinery and accessories for green care, forestry and industry. The subsidiary provides a prompt and comprehensive response to growing domestic demand for quality products and technical support.

We founded this unit in 2003 in Jiangmen, China, to support our Italian production operations and expand our presence in new markets. Thanks to its highly flexible output, it can respond quickly to increases in demand, maintaining the same quality standards as those of our headquarters. It also has a sales division dedicated to the distribution of our products in Asia, complete with logistics, spare parts and assistance services.

We acquired this company in 2008. Headquartered in Zhuhai, China, it specialises in the production of nickel-plated cylinders and has an annual capacity of 1.5 million units. It supplies components to various sectors, including gardening, forestry and motorcycling.
