Development of technology

From the very start, the thing that has always set us apart has been our development of new technologies with a view to offering high-performance, reliable products to our customers. This characteristic has been handed down over time and still guides us today in embracing the challenges of the future through the development of new technologies and methods

Tecnology Centre

In 2019 we inaugurated a new technical centre, where all the company’s know-how and skills are concentrated. The biggest challenge was to create a space where young people could grow, develop new expertise and take up the baton to advance our know-how even further.

RESEARCH

Eco-sustainability is the common thread that guides all areas of the company. Using sophisticated software to simulate the mechanical and fluid dynamic behaviour of our applications in a virtual environment enables us to reduce physical tests and components, with significant advantages for the environment.

DESIGN

Right from the inception of each product, we keep the design process in-house. A team of specialists follows all the various development phases with passion and care, from conception through to production, accompanying the evolution of each machine.

CAD

At Emak, we support our specialists in the design phase by equipping with them with the most advanced modelling and product lifecycle management software to develop the machines of the future with precision and innovation.

3D printing

In this increasingly fast world, we – like many other businesses – are committed to reducing time to market, introducing 3D printing to our manufacturing capabilities so that the first designed samples can be created autonomously.

Reverse Engineering

Thanks to increasingly sophisticated technologies, we are able to digitise physical components, transforming them from real objects into accurate CAD models.

Control Room

Such increasingly high-tech products, supported by laboratories capable of generating ever larger volumes of data, require a facility capable of managing this enormous potential. That is why we have built a control room, a space dedicated to the monitoring and remote control of all our laboratories and the tests conducted inside them.

Virtual Room

Being able to have a machine “in your hands” even before it has been produced is an enormous technological advantage, allowing our style and technology experts to evaluate both aesthetics and assemblies at early stages of the design.
